IZ Beauty is not responsible for any packages that are delayed due to mishandling by the courier (We ship with Royal Mail), undeliverable addresses, weather, incorrect contact information for all shipments. Once your package has left IZBeautyuk Facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed or lost packages. If your Package says delivered, but you did not receive your package email us at [email protected] we will guide you on how to claim from our courier.
Customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the orders billing and shipping address. Always double check your address for any mistakes or missing apartment numbers. Since we process all orders fairly and quickly any requests for address changes will not be guaranteed. Undeliverable addresses include: missing PO Box numbers, incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses or return to sender.
